Hi folks,

so after a long long time another posting.
After all, who can say this is bad? I really believe it’s better to only blog when you have something to
say. So what has happened?
Last semester I transferred to the Uni Frankfurt am Main because of the ZVS. The uni certainly has
some advantages over the uni Erlangen-Nürnberg. For instance, it is fairly easy to get credits there, the seminars are quite easy to get in and the
mensa is really cheap. On most days you can even get something decent to eat there. However, I still
prefer Erlangen very much over Frankfurt as it is way cheaper to live there, I found the people to be
more open and nicer in Erlangen, even though it’s in Bavaria (well, not really as it
is part of Franken), the food is better and the library in Frankfurt is probably one of the worst of all
german universities.
Furthermore I really prefer the professors in Erlangen. They are simply nicer.
What I am really pissed about is the service the University Frankfurt is offering their students. It is
simply impossible to pick up all your credit provals within one day as the offices to pick it up from are only opened for quite short times and on different days. Furthermore most credit provals were not even yet signed by the prof – even though I tried it on the last day of the semester.
So what else is there to tell?  Last time I told you about my request to AVM and I am glad to be able to tell you that it was fullfilled to my fullest pleasure. I swiftly received two connectors for free .
Another remark concerning my blog: I am aware of a problem with the left sidebar overlapping my
text. I am in the process of fixing that.
